How does it work.
Screening - A pre-coaching nutrition, health & wellness questionnaire and if needed a 4-day food-log diary, in order to obtain your current nutrition, training history and current work/life schedule, food preferences, relationship with food, specific goals, and any other lifestyle factors to consider.
Goal setting - A 60-minute initial consultation to determine your sports performance goals, develop a tailored nutrition program to meet your training/competition goals and the necessary next steps to help you achieve them. This is a perfect opportunity to ask me any specific questions, or certain topics that you may have.
Coaching - Weekly ongoing feedback delivered by myself to review your progress, answer questions and to provide support to help keep you on the right path to your athletic success. Habit tracking, to keep your accountable to your goals.
