One-off Nutrition Consultation

Consistency & adherence to your nutrition are the keys to achieving long-term success.

Can’t commit long-term, or have limited time? But are seeking bespoke nutritional advice? This one-off consultation is designed to obtain an insight and provide advice and recommendations to improve your current nutrition, training and lifestyle habits. Additionally, I will answer any specific questions or queriers that you may have. 

What you get.

  • An initial 60-minute phone/video consultation (Zoom, google meets etc).

  • A 1-week meal plan that is bespoke to your recommended macronutrient and caloric targets that is aligned with a your training requirements, for a typical week. (More detailed and in depth training notes provided by you on, the duration, intensity, training conditions etc. will generate a more specific plan around your training days - leading to greater results for you).

  • Written summary of the discussion, including the key points and recommended strategies to help assist you (post consultation).

  • Suggestions and recommendations for implementing small significant changes to your diet & lifestyle, that will see the biggest impact on your performance.

  • A 2nd consultation (~30 min), 4 weeks after our initial consultation.

How does it work.

  • Before the consultation, I’ll ask you to complete a health history questionnaire, and also I ask you to record a 4-day food-log diary* in order to obtain your current nutrition, training history and current work/life schedule, food preferences, relationship with food, specific goals, and any other lifestyle factors to consider.

  • During the consultation I will go through with you my suggestions and strategise my thoughts on how we will move forward towards your specific goals mentioned in your health history questionnaire. I will also highlight any ‘Red Flags’ that I found from either your questionnaire or food-log diary.

  • Following the consultation, you will receive your 1-week meal plan and a written summary of the consultation notes.

  • 4 weeks after our initial consultation we will have a follow up check-in (~30 min) to evaluate your progress, towards your goals and how you found the process. (This is a perfect opportunity to see the value of working together on your performance and to discuss carry on working together).
