Banana and Walnut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 300 g Almond Flour

  • 1.5 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

  • 3 Eggs

  • 170 g Honey (Runny honey, mixes easier)

  • 65 g Greek Yogurt

  • 2-3 Bananas (Very Ripe)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 30 g Walnuts

Method:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 175℃ (350℉).

  2. Throw everything together into a large bowl and mix well.

  3. Place the mixture into a standard bread loaf tin (21cm x 16cm x 7cm).

  4. Bake for around 50-60 min.

  5. Try to resist not tucking straight into this beautiful before it cools down.
