Banana and Walnut Bread
Ingredients:
300 g Almond Flour
1.5 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 Eggs
170 g Honey (Runny honey, mixes easier)
65 g Greek Yogurt
2-3 Bananas (Very Ripe)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
30 g Walnuts
Method:
Pre heat the oven to 175℃ (350℉).
Throw everything together into a large bowl and mix well.
Place the mixture into a standard bread loaf tin (21cm x 16cm x 7cm).
Bake for around 50-60 min.
Try to resist not tucking straight into this beautiful before it cools down.
